This page displays an up-to-date listing of changes to the Lodgical Solution software as well as notices regarding product updates, scheduled releases, or problems and work-around's that may affect all customers. When bugs reported by our customers get fixed, we'll place a notice here to advise you that the correction has been made, and that the update is available on our FTP site.

A new “Weekly Guest List” report was created for timeshare properties. Found under “Timeshare”, this report provides a list of all units for the specified week, the current guest ’long with the guest’s arrival, departure, city and state. |

Issue fixed when adding a guest service to a past guest, the wrong name would show up on the “Guest Daily Charges” report. |

If there is a tranaction done on a past reservation, there will be a “Date of last transaction” when the financials are locked. This date will not appear with two conditions: the financials are not locked, and the date of last transaction is the same as the departure date. |

Guest profiles was rewritten to make it faster while updating and recreating. It also has a more comprehensive way to match new guests with those that have previously stayed. |

Adding maintenance blocks to multiple units at once caused Lodgical to not recognize them as real blocks. It would erase them when a verify reservation data was performed & give errors when running reports. You may now add maintenance block to multiple units without the program deleting them. |

New gift key-code. F36 is just like F35 except it has all of the the credit card numbers X’d out except for the last 4.
